We, Lentra AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”), are the owners of the website Lentra Growth Alliance Program (“Website”) and have developed and own the Growth Alliance Program platform, available at https://lentra.ai/gap/growth-alliance-program/ (herein referred to as “GAP Program”). The Website and Gap Program collectively showcase a long-term growth partnership program that combines lending technology, operational support, and strategic expertise to help NBFCs, and banks scale their lending business from startup stage to large-scale operations (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The Website and the Gap Program will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Platform”.

We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting Personal Data collected on the Platform. This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) sets forth how we collect, use, and protect the personal data collected through the Platform.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The User undertakes that they shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us, whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that they have the necessary authority to share such Personal Data with the Company and have obtained written consent from such third party. The User understands and acknowledges that such Personal Data shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.

4. COOKIES

We use cookies and/or similar in-house and third-party tracking tools to track user traffic patterns. Tracking tools are also used, such as beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information to improve and analyze our Platform. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. ANONYMISED DATA

We may also use your Personal Data collected to create aggregate, anonymized data. While we will continue retaining such derived or anonymised data, any Personal Data will be deleted. We shall ensure that such anonymized data will not be directly identifiable to you or to the Personal Data shared with us. The rights listed below are available to individuals accessing the Platform from India and will become available under the DPDPA upon its enforcement. You may exercise the following rights:

  1. Right to access information about Personal Data.
  2. Right to correction and erasure of Personal Data.
  3. Right of grievance redressal.
  4. Right to nominate.
  5. Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process Personal Data.

Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Data request form or seek certain details to verify the request.

Only after exhausting the Company’s grievance redressal mechanism, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India, which may be set up.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUT

We may send you communications, including but not limited to (a) notices about your use of the Platform, including those concerning violations of use, (b) updates, (c) promotional information regarding our Platform, and (d) newsletters. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Alternatively, you can opt out at any time by emailing us at info@lentra.ai with your specific request.

9. DATA RETENTION

We will retain the User’s Personal Data as long as it is required to be retained for the provision of the Platform. We may also retain and use Users’ Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, APPLICATIONS AND PAGES

Our Platform may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or mobile applications or online services that are not associated with us. We do not control third-party websites, mobile applications or online services, and we are not responsible for their actions. We are committed to maintaining information security and protecting User Personal Data from potential breaches. We implement security measures as per industry standards. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data transmitted, as these systems are not hack-proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks and technical issues are possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

Our Platform is not meant for use by any person who is under the age of 18 years without receiving explicit consent from their parents.
