About the Role

Responsibilities

• The candidate has to perform the below responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value
• Workshops and Product Demonstrations for Lentra Products
• Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels Able to identify client’s business needs and current practices & ability to cross sell products
• Gathering business requirement, mapping the requirement with system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet client expectations
• Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories
• Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings
• Will be working in Agile Methodology
• Excellent relationship management skills & customer orientation approach

Candidate Requirements

• Should have knowledge of one of the following business streams (Retail and Corporate/ SME business) - - Auto Loans, Home Loans, Cash Credit, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Corporate Banking, Working Capital, Term Loans, Overdraft, Cash Credit limit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Consumer Durables
• Awareness of banking concepts and compliances
• Technology degree preferable along with MBA in IT / Finance
• Must have experience in Banking, Cards, Payment or Credit Risk Domain
• Excellent Communication Skills
