Responsibilities

• Act as the user-advocate and go to with in-depth knowledge of user centered design principles and standards.
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, user profiles and personas.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Wireframe and prototype to design elegant solutions for web and mobile apps.
• Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints.
• Help build out design processes, tools, and culture.
• Learn from user research and user feedback to improve future designs.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of UX design experience with standard UCD methodologies.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design or related field or relevant professional experience with strong design portfolio to showcase relevant work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch and/or Figma.
• Understanding of design patterns and solid foundation in layout and design.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, independent working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in working with digital applications for Fintech and Lending domain would be a plus.
• HFI or IxDF Certification would be preferred.
